That’s right, if you join us tonight at 7:30, Eastern time at www.theconfectionaries.com we’ll be hosting another livestream. Tonight, you can actually watch us work on pages of the first issue of the comic! That’s an extra super special exclusive sneak peek!

Oh, and for those of you who want to get in good on the ground floor of the new rewards point system we’re adding to the site for games, make sure to voice yourselves in the chat room! ;)

It’s something that Ringtail Cafe has always wanted to explore, but didn’t have the time and resources to do so. That has finally changed, and we are currently working on the first Confectionaries game! It will be a simple side-scrolling game, featuring Scotch. Here is the initial sketch of the sprite animation. As the game development progresses, we’ll be posting weekly updates on http://www.theconfectionaries.com/ every Tuesday.

So, we spoke recently with a toy manufacturer recently and are in early stage discussions for having a plushy created. It’s been the general consensus that the first one to get this treatment should be Yuck.

We’re going to be getting a prototype made up, and then start discussing release of the toy. It will most likely try and coincide with the release of the first trade.

Toys, Woo!

Well, for those who have been curious about the ‘secret project’ that’s been going on, we’ve been working on a new website.

Check out www.theconfectionaries.com

What’s so special about it? We’re going to be doing updates 5 times a week. Including production art, videos of us doing art, and a livestream channel.

That’s right, on special days you’ll be able to watch us work on the ACTUAL comic, and you’ll be able to make art requests in our livestream!

This is considered a “soft” launch, as in it’s not 100% up and running, you’ll see it hit its stride in the next week or two.

Enjoy! :D

Hey folks,

This is for all the people who have been asked to be part of the Ringtail Cafe Anthology. Either as an artist, or as a writer. We’re -very- sorry it took us so long to get it all put together. We had an unbelievably crazy convention schedule recently so we’ve been a little overwhelmed and exhausted.

However, we’re done our conventions for the next several months, and are starting a production run of our own books. On top of that, we’re ready to start coordinating with others on working on the anthology book.

So, if you’re one of the folks that we’ve spoken to about being involved in this project, please drop us a PM and we can show you the super secret page where you’ll find the starting info for the project!

If you are interested in participating, fear not, the first run of this is a very small list of folks, because it’s our first time branching out to working with others, outside our normal working pool. If this goes well, we will be opening up to other writers, artists, and creators for the next anthology.

Since we recently converted our website, the Commission request page and Gallery were still “under construction”. As of right now, they are up and functioning! Please check out our Commission request form, where you can receive custom art from our artist Jackie Hernandez.

Also, please take a look at our Galleries. There is not much there currently, but over the next few weeks I will be filling it with as much art as I can find…and we have a LOT of art around here!

Buttons, buttons, we gots the buttons and so do several people at the con as we have been selling them like gangbusters and the gumball machine has once again proven to be addictive to all furrys in its vacinity.

Darren has everyone in earshot mesmirized everytime he spins the origin of the Confectionaires and Ringtail Cafe and at the art side of the table, Jackie has been fielding plenty of commission requests, with My Little Pony being the clear front runner in style options.
